Countering Negativity with Positive Affirmations
Positive affirmations are very powerful and can be used to uplift you when your down and inspire you as well. Affirmations are basically speaking positive talk into existence which in turn gives you a positive reaction to the words you speak about yourself. Find something positive about yourself and believe it then speak it into existence. Or even write the affirmation down in a journal. The goal is to show your self self love and get rid of self doubt or negative self talk. Sadly it is true we are our own worse critics and tend to beat ourselves up over false beliefs about ourselves.
I cannot stress how good one can feel once they begin to use positive affirmations. Please believe the good in yourself in order to get yourself out of a dark place. Just try using positive affirmations because it really does work when your open to the idea of it and the benefits it can offer you.
Start in the morning buy yourself a beautiful or inspiring note pad. Which can be so affordable at shops like Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar. Or get a sticky note and record your feelings/emotions, your state of mind at the time of your writing. Anything positive about yourself write it down. Begin with I am statements. I am means to me that I am giving myself credit when credit is due. Use I am affirmations when I need to reinforce what already know is true about myself or what is about to be true about my self in the future.
Here are one example of affirmations that are positive and give me hope that things will be better and at the end of the day. Cause I am worthy of good things in my life.

I would counter this thought with...
I am not alone there are more then 7.53 billion people on the earth. I can and I will find some that matches me and that I can be compatible with. I will make the first steps to reach out to at least 1 person a day. In order to find someone that is on the same level as me and I will be open to receive friendship.
That is awesome there are so many people. Why should we feel like we are alone when the earth has 7.53 billion people in it. When you think about those odds of being able to reach out to a person a day until you reach your match is a beautiful thing. You now can see there is hope to be able to reach someone and form a positive connection with them.
Please be safe about it. Meet people in public places and follow your intuition and size people up. Meaning be open to the opportunity of friendship but also listen to what the person says and their actions. After that ask your self if you feel comfortable around them and if they have your best intentions. I would say definitely judge a book by its cover and whats in the inside as well. It does take time to get to know a person.
In conclusion change your thoughts to positive ones instead of negative ones because thoughts can become your reality.
Remember your beauty and impact the world with your positive vibes.
