I want to start off by saying cayenne pepper is a weight loss game changer. I noticed a reduction change in my body fat with in a very short amount of time. The taste of Cayenne pepper is not that bad surprisingly it has a little kick that usually dissipates in a matter of minutes.  Cayenne pepper receives an A+ in my grade book. Cayenne pepper is  truly a great way to lose weight.  Also comes with a pack of additional benefits as well which is always a plus.

2 Teaspoons or as needed of Cayenne Pepper
1 half of a lemon  squeezed or any other citrus fruit like oranges grapefruit limes
Honey or maple syrup agave 3 teaspoons

Ingredients can be readjusted to what ever fancies your taste buds. Experiment as much as you can for a recipe that works for you. All the while using simple and natural ingredients.
