I believe the good stuff comes out of the ground the bad stuff comes in a package. Looking more to whole foods can be one of the greatest investments you can do for your self. Packaged foods like oreos sugar cakes cookies are all good until you are diagnosed with a disease that is debilitating and hard to overcome. For that reason establishing healthy nutrition habits should be started from the very beginning. When a person is young so once your older you have a built up foundation to get healthy again once you find yourself sick. I hope his food lists inspires people to eat what the earth has given to us.  Being the fruits and vegetables and some fish of the sea. All in an effort for a healthy life style journey.
