Countering Negativity with Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmations are very powerful and can be used to uplift you when your down and inspire you as well. Affirmations are basically speaking positive talk into existence which in turn gives you a positive reaction to the words you speak about yourself. Find something positive about yourself and believe it then speak it into existence. Or even write the affirmation down in a journal. The goal is to show your self self love and get rid of self doubt or negative self talk.  Sadly it is true we are our own worse critics and tend to beat ourselves up over false beliefs about ourselves.

I cannot stress how good one can feel once they begin to use positive affirmations. Please believe the good in yourself in order to get yourself out of a dark place. Just try using positive affirmations because it really does work when your open to the idea of it and the benefits it can offer you.

Start in the morning buy yourself a beautiful or inspiring note pad. Which can be so affordable at shops like Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar. Or get a sticky note and record your feelings/emotions, your state of mind at the time of your writing. Anything positive about yourself write it down. Begin with I am statements. I am means to me that I am giving myself credit when credit is due. Use I am affirmations when I need to reinforce what already know is true about myself or what is about to be true about my self in the future.

Here are one example of affirmations that are positive and give me hope that things will be better and at the end of the day. Cause I am worthy of good things in my life.

I would counter this thought with...
I am not alone there are more then 7.53 billion people on the earth. I can and I will find some that matches me and that I can be compatible with. I will make the first steps to reach out to at least 1 person a day. In order to find someone that is on the same level as me and I will be open to receive friendship.

That is awesome there are so many people. Why should we feel like we are alone when the earth has 7.53 billion people in it. When you think about those odds of being able to reach out to a person a day until you reach your match is a beautiful thing. You now can see there is hope to be able to reach someone and form a positive connection with them.

Please be safe about it. Meet people in public places and follow your intuition and size people up. Meaning be open to the opportunity of friendship but also listen to what the person says and their actions. After that ask your self if you feel comfortable around them and if they have your best intentions. I would say definitely judge a book by its cover and whats in the inside as well. It does take time to get to know a person.

In conclusion change your thoughts to positive ones instead of negative ones because thoughts can become your reality.

 Remember your beauty and impact the world with your positive vibes.

I want to start off by saying cayenne pepper is a weight loss game changer. I noticed a reduction change in my body fat with in a very short amount of time. Foot Adjustment socks from Amazon 2020.

Hello question of the day... What type of things do you do to keep your feet healthy. I want to know have a blessed and have a wonderful day.




This is going to be a different type of blog post. Today its all about feet correcting socks that I found on Amazon.



We have all seen those pictures of woman's feet looking sun kissed and  beautifully painted while at the beach. Well a company called Sam Great World came out with theses inexpensive foot socks that are meant for toe correcting. Which I have been enjoying for the past few months. When I had first put them on my feet felt  really uncomfortable within minutes. I think what your suppose to do is gradually break in the socks and allow time for your toes to get adjusted. Because the job of the socks is to realign your toes and the rest of your foot in a normal position. So it would make sense the socks feeling uncomfortable at first. I had to just gradually introduced my foot to the toe socks. So the first week I would wear them for 10 minutes walking lightly around the house. Then 20 minutes the second week. Then 30 minutes the next week. Until I can walk around my apartment with these socks on effortlessly and when they feel more comfortable. 

The benefits I can see from wearing these toes socks is that they support my foot.  I could also immediately feel like they were trying to readjust my toes as soon as I put them on. Which is a good thing but I  decided  I am only going to be wearing them for 10 minutes  and until I can tolerate them being uncomfortable on. Warning these socks take a while to get use to.

I am giving this product 5 stars. One the color in which the socks came in was a beautiful color. A Lego bright blue. The socks also kept my feet warm and left my toes exposed allowing them to get fresh air. These socks can even be worn while exercising. Last benefit is the ease of putting these socks on is not difficult. I want to give these socks some time and see if my feet and toes can improve over a period of several months. For that reason establishing healthy nutrition habits should be started from the very beginning. When a person is young so once your older you have a built up foundation to get healthy again once you find yourself sick. Hazelnut Coffee MY Way!

I love coffee!  

I changed the way I make coffee which is a newer way to get some healthy fats in the day to start off the morning right. I hope you try out the coffee concoction  and enjoy it as much as I do. Thanks and stay blessed.

Hazelnut Coffee

Coconut Oil 1 tsp

Peanut Butter 1 tsp

Chocolate Syrup 1 tsp

3 tsp of instant coffee or regular coffee as you like it

Powdered milk 1 tsp

Chocolate protein powder 1 tsp
 
As desired splashes of hazelnut till concoction is creamy 

Stir  and put into a microwavable 1 cup

Turn on microwave for 30 seconds and repeat till hot enough for you 

So tasty please try 

Please this recipe contains peanut butter if you have any allergic reaction remember to skip the peanut if you are allergic.

My New Technic On How I Effectively Grocery Shop 2020

Question of the day how much is a reasonable amount to spend on groceries on a single female? I am on a budget any advice is appreciated. Please leave a commit down below? Thank You.

First things first I am on a budget. I have bills to pay debt that I have to bring down and presents I have to give to myself. Such as exercise equipment and books that I need catching up on and electronics I need to buy to keep up with the news and learn new concepts of technology.

I want to stress that America is a very diverse place. Every one's budget is going to look different with every expense that we have. So the best thing to do in that situation is to come up with strategies and tools to be able to get whatever you want on any budget. I pray everyone this season has at least $150.00 dollars at there disposal because this amount will help peoples' who budget is limited.

First you will need some tools such as your stores benefit digital coupon card. Which has the logo of the grocery store. The store card can be found in places like Giant Wegmans, Target, Shop Rite, Bj's, Costco and Wal-Mart. Just about all groceries stores have a store card that you can get digital coupons on. So once you get the card what ever sales and discounts are in the store at that particular time you will be able to receive that benefit on the card. The amount that is taken off might not be that much but every little bit counts. Make sure the card is on your person before leaving or have the card ready to scan with your stores  phone app on your phone.

Next tool paper coupons. You can find these paper coupons in your daily flyer or call the grocery store so they can send you a flyer to your door. I have even seen some libraries have a bin of coupons set out for people who need them. Or you can buy the Sunday newspaper which has a ton of coupons. Lots of different magazines have coupons in them particularly the health, beauty, fitness, and book magazines. Bring those paper coupons once you get them put in a large descent size bag with you to the grocery store.

Wow  I feel like there is an art to grocery shopping. OK you got the store card and paper coupons.

So now you need the money the most important things to take care of is your home no mater where you live. Make sure its clean, nice clean causal clothes for every season and food food food. It is important making sure your well feed.  Having some sort of income is a plus. If you do not have enough money for at least $150 ban with other people who have your best interests and are on the same page as you to be able to afford food. Food is very expensive. There are food banks and government assistance that are helpful as well.

When I get to the grocery store I now stick to the basics Vegetables, Fruits and Seafood for the first $100 dollars I now get. The other $100 is on the canned food, the flour, eggs, spices, oils, coffee, tea, supplements like vitamin d and a multi vitamin water stock up on lots of water. I also found getting a large $25 dollar protein shake is very helpful when there is nothing left in your fridge. You do need at least $200 for a single person to get through the month it really sucks.

Places like dollar tree, dollar general and family dollar most of there food items is $1.00.  A hundred items of food for $100 to get you back on track with the amount of food you have in your pantry. I love dollar tree I get a lot of frozen vegetables and fruits. I have seen water , cornmeal sugar eggs like a pack of four a lot of canned goods that are vegetables and fruit canned these goodies are good for emergencies. Whatever works for you keep searching through the dollar stores there are a couple of healthy food options. Then once you get the frozen canned and dry food go to the super market and buy your meats with any money that is left over.

You Tube is a great family based centered app that has videos current and past of people advice on how to grocery shop with limited money.

I Google everything and You Tube...Everthing I need the answer to.

Next bring your own reusable bags. Bags that are deep and can carry a lot of foods. These bags are usually made out of cotton or mesh. Grocery stores love it when you do this because it saves them money on bags and reduces the amount of plastic. Yeah lets all go green I do not see this as a bad thing helping the environment by reducing the amount of plastic produced. The bags I have are deep so they can hold a good amount of vegetables, fruit and meat . So a bag only for vegetables a bag only for fruit a bag only for meat. The other 100 is spent online for the heavier items. Like the cans and water packs and other dry ingredients.

How To Ace Those College Tests! 2020

So we all want straight A's for our college career and beyond, right? We expect it our parents expect it and our teachers expect it and our siblings expect it. Setting the bar for getting the best possible grades in all subjects is important not only for your future but for you yourself. Lucky with these 3 valuable tips I am about to share with you, will help to aid you on the path towards a successful letter grade. A letter grade that you can be proud of and take pride in. So when you apply for that great internship or to just further your education you have the knowledge and tools at your disposal to succeed with confidence. Well lets get to the tips and hopefully they will help you get the A+ that we all secretly strive for.

#1 Keep records of your grades. 

This is very important because you need to stay on top of grades so if you are doing poorly you have the ability to catch up. Also doing well on everything will allow you to stay in the A+ range. The goal is to always do your best so when you do by chance get a poor grade on a test or quiz you are able to recover. I would advise treating every homework, activity, quiz, test and other assignments as the single most important piece to your overall grade. Every assignment is broken into parts towards your final grade. So doing your best on all of the work will give you the highest chance of getting an A+.

#2 Gather Extra Materials For The Subjects You Are Taking.

What I mean by this is if you are learning about chemistry in particular elements. Prepare extra materials not given to you in a lab or text book or by the school.  So I would buy books or go to library and gather chemistry books centered on the elements. Then I would get flash cards with symbols and pictures for recognition and memorization. Then I would get a model kit of the elements make up. Being able to have something physical and being able to take the model apart is good for hands on learning. Which is good for people who like working with your hands. Then I would get a poster board of all the elements and look at it every day so I get use to seeing them in front of me. Then online I would print out diagrams, models, quizzes, tests and activities to engage myself while learning the elements. Then all that I learn from doing these strategies I mention above I would get a thick huge note pad and during my self taught lessons record everything that I would think is important to note. Be colorful, use your art skills with bold titles, highlighters underline make boxes and arrows. Fully engage your self with the material. When you read the text book make sure you jot down vocabulary. Vocabulary are key words that should paid close attention too. After that make your own tests or have somebody from the class test you. I think following these examples will help anyone to receive an A+. Just practice, read and engage yourself.

#3 Take care of your self.

 Eat a good breakfast and pack a lunch the night before. Make sure you are bathing. Fixing your hair, wearing comfortable clothing because classes might last from 9 to the afternoon. Make sure you smell pleasant and reserve fancier clothes for presentations and special events. Have a workout in the morning or afternoon.

Going to college is like a step towards presenting your self to the real world make a good impression. Take college seriously because it is your time to invest in yourself and your future.

First we need to define free will. Free will to me is making the conscious decision to change something in you internally and with that you change your reaction or action of the event you were about to do.

I guess free will can be thought of as like a chemical in an experiment. There are the ingredients in the formula that are suppose to be mixed. It does make sense because you are trying to get the desired result. You can think of yourself as the catalyst the substance causing the change with or without you there will be a change in the final product. Free will is a beautiful thing because you have the ability to change the end result in many ways.

Sometimes what we do is because of instinct because the human spirit was made to react and to make a change for the better or for the worse. Either it can be by your instinct or your conscious mind  which is the place in your mind were the person becomes aware of themselves. Instead of looking out the through external forces your looking with in your self to find the proper action to take. It is hard sometimes to figure out if your conscious decision is the correct one to take but it carries a mist of mystery. For the unknown to finally be revealed and the truth of the product to show itself for what it really is. I think once we let others decide what are actions should be or let the situation result in the nature way of things then I might think that our actions are predetermined by our human intuition or our nature of being. When we give up our free will and let someone Else's free will to become the catalyst the change within the experiment.

It is a very hard to master exerting your freewill to your desired product but once you do you have exercised your right to your freewill and your conscious mind has chosen its action. There is no need for a predetermined action because the fact that you chosen to take action the path of change has been set for the product that you had envisioned. Free will the ability to have a say in your determined end result. Also it is not only free will that you have to exercise but the other virtues and characteristics or even your own vices. I am not saying using vices is a necessary a good thing but we are human and mess up so do not beat yourself up. If you can repeat actions until you are able to get the desired result you wanted from the very beginning of the experiment.
