Top 5 things you will need this summer

Summer is approaching and we all know how hot and sticky it can get if we are not prepared. Thats why i carry water with me. water is essential for staying hydrated this summer. Water is a great tool to cool yourself  off and get rid  of toxins stored in your body. Drinking enough cold water can burn up to 500 calories. lol but dont skip your workout. So stay hydrated and aim to  drink 8 to 10 glasses of water.

Wear protection never get out of the house without sunscreens.UVA and UVB with up to 50 to 100 minutes of protection is vital. Nowadays sunscreens are waterresilent  but make sure it is or else u won't be protecting your skin.
       Wear a hat when going outside I wear a big floppy black and white hat to the pool and beach. Dont forget  to make sure u protect your eyes with some sunglasses. Great affordable stores for sunglasses are Target, Tjmax and Old Navy.
 Now all you need is a lip balm with some sucreen it, aim between 20 and 30.
Finally your ready to couquer that punishing sun.
