Fruit Tart

Spring has arrived and what better to start off spring with a burst of color. Fruit tarts are an excellent spring treat. Fruit tarts are simple to make and healthy when eaten moderately.

The crust
200 grams of flour
50  grams of butter
50 grams of icing sugar
1 egg

The custard
3 1/2 tbsps of cornflour
3tbsps of sugar
1egg
250 milgrams of milk

Toppings fruit
bananans
kiwi
blueberry
strawberry
grapes
pinneapple

Tools
metal muffin tray

To start add the flour, butter, iceing sugar and eggs mix till you get a dough constiensty. Place dough in muffin tray let it sit in the refreingator for 15 minutes. Leave the the tray in the refrigetaor because then the dough willt shrink. Then cook the dough for thirty minutes or till golden brown. Then for the custard add the cornflour sugar egg and milk in a sauce pan. turn the stove on medium heat and stir till thick. Make sure you contuine to stir the mixture or you will get lumps. After that pour the mixture in to the hardened dough haf way. Now add your fruits of your choice the more colors the more viberan  your creation will be. Finally grab someone you love and glass of soymilk and enjoy.
